Indiana Gov. Daniels expected to sign bill to protect the Great Lakes

The Indiana House voted 91-8 Tuesday to approve Senate Bill 45, implementation of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact, sending the legislation straight to Gov. Daniels, who is expected to sign it into law.
