This past season I had the opportunity of using my buddy Junior's Islander Reels. An AR/MR2 with anti-reverse & the new MR3. It didn't matter whether we took his or my boat the reels went on the outside riggers & we managed to bring in a lot of fish using them. There is nothing like the experience of bringing in a big King on a centre pin mooching reel. Anyone who has will tell you it's hard to go back to level winds.
