Probably a good idea! I watched a program last week about all sorts of alternative energy. There was one technique that used water for power, and it wasn't a damn. This technique use currents in the ocean to turn giant propellers to generate power. Regardless, this would be a good plan to generate some work in Michigan. A very green way to generate power.
