Splash Bash runs Friday through Sunday, and includes free shuttle service, low-cost boat wells, fireworks at dusk Saturday over Lake St. Clair and a family carnival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in front of Blossom Heath Park on the Nautical Mile, on Jefferson between Nine Mile and 10 Mile Road.
