Very strong winds kept most boaters off the water. A few boaters did manage to rough the weather near the Upper Harbor. Most anglers reported fishing to be very slow with only an occasional coho or brown trout being taken. Shore anglers have caught a few coho or rainbow trout off the coal dock or Mattson’s Park wall.
