Boat anglers are landing a few coho along with an occasional steelhead or splake. Shore anglers fishing off the Lower Harbor coal dock were also catching a few coho and brown trout. Trout were caught off the mouth of the Carp River. The ice has blown out of the marina in the Upper Harbor.
