Water levels are running high and fast, and anglers should avoid trying to wade until the waters recede. Those fishing from shore have managed to catch steelhead up near the Sixth Street Dam. Try using 6 to 8 foot leaders with yarn flies or very large spawn sacks. Bluegills and suckers have been caught when fishing along the walls with wax worms and crawlers.
