Heavy rains along with strong winds took out the ice and ended ice fishing in the bay. Boat anglers should be able to get out once the weather has stabilized.

The Docks are not in @ the Tawas DNR launch next to the State Police post. Smaller open bow boats are able to launch there. The docks should be going in soon.

I checked the Augres launch at the mouth of the Augres River, and the docks are in there.
