Outing - 11 August - Fishermans Landing

We will be having an outing at Fishermans Landing (http://www.passport-america.com/campgrounds/united_states/michigan/muskegon/fishermans_landing_launch_and_campground/Default.asp) after the Stinger Challenge. There will be some Texas hold'em cards being played. Games will start early so we are not playing cards till 3 in the morning. Rich(caznik) may be doing some fly tying lessons. Bring your wife and kids.

Fish the Stinger Challenge (http://www.greatlakesfisherman.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4900), get a campsite, and fish the West Michigan League event (http://www.greatlakesfisherman.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4346) on Sunday.

The outing is the same day as the Stinger Challenge. There is a powder puff salmon tournament going on the same day. The powder puff tourney starts later than the Stinger Challenge, and there weigh in is after ours.

After there tourney, they will be having a pig roast. All of us and our guests(families) have been invited. The cost for a plate is around $7.00. I believe the pig roast starts around 2 or 3pm.

I need an idea of how many would like to get in on the pig roast, so I can pass the information on.

I spoke with Deb this past Saturday while I was there. It will be $7.00 per plate if you would like to eat at the pig roast.

If you have not booked your campsite, I would highly recommend getting it done. I am not sure how many, if any are left.

I reserved a campsite a couple of weeks ago, but when I mentioned GLF they said "Oh no not another one" :lol:

My crew and I will be there for this pig, I am not bringing the wife, she'll see all those ladies and then not let me sleep at the campground Saturday night :grin::grin:
