Shipping interests in the U.S. and Canada have banded together to try to strike down a Michigan law that attempts to stop the spread of invasive species such as zebra mussels into the Great Lakes.

Whats unconstitutional are those ocean going ships bringing in all the invasive spices to our fresh water. They should be sued and made to pay to clean up the mess they have caused.

i also agree with that huntingfool ,just like the paper mills and rockwell inter. had to do along the kalamozoo in years past
