2nd Annual Shawn’s Marina Springtime Brown Trout Derby
Sat. & Sun., April 28-29, 2007
Fair Haven, NY
This is a FUN derby and get-together. Last year we had so much fun that we've decided to do it again and to open it up to a lot more people. This is a great way to catch up with old friends and to make some new ones. You may fish out of any port you wish, but all fish must be weighed at Shawn's Marina in Fair Haven by the specified cut-off times.
Prizes awarded for Top 3 heaviest Brown Trout. 100% cash payout, minus picnic/admin. costs.
Entry fee: $10/person
Entry fees must be paid in full prior to fishing on Saturday.
Fishing commences at 5:30am each day. This is an on-your-honor rule. All NYS fishing regulations will be in effect.
All fish must be weighed in by 3:00pm on Saturday and by 12:00pm on Sunday. No exceptions!
There will be a picnic/awards ceremony at Shawn's beginning at noon on Sunday. All boats are encouraged to bring a dish to pass.
