All these deers we killed, lets see some new recipes for venison!!

cut venisin into 1inch size cubes give or take with no fat on them,
soak in a plastic bowl for 8-24 hours(depending on how much of the seasoning you want to soak in) in Itailian salad dressing
place cubes onto scewers and place over camp fire or BBQ
cook till done
watch them get scarfed up as fast as you make them!

1 lb. browned ground venison. (or beef if you prefer)
1 lb jar of your favorite salsa
1 lb of Velveeta cheese cubed

combine all ingredients in a large microwaveable bowl.
heat on high for 3 minutes stir
heat another 2 minutes on high or until cheese is melted

serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
