I'm waiting until the end of the month to put mine away. I haven't given up on Lake Michigan yet but I will definitely be going up to Higgins yet to fish trout.

Mines still fishable, but not doin any fishin!

Trying to get a good day to do the Hardy color Tour!

Then its to the shop for some winterizing!

I normally keep mine fishable through October. Ussually, about the middle of September, I change my efforts to the inland lakes and go after the fall walley and pike.

I trailer mine and it stays inside my garage. My garage never gets below freezing. My last trip perch fishing in 05 was Nov 14. I hope I can extend the season even longer this yr.:)
