Coho Fillets
Teriyaki Sauce
I use skinless fillets, and usually stab them with a fork. Marinate in teriyaki sauce and grill....
This is my favorite!!!

Hey Bev,
How long do you marinate your fillets for?

Not to hijack the thread, but I marinate for a couple hours.
Don't be afraid to add some pineapple juice/chunks to the marinade and on top of the fish while cooking. This is a great recipe, and Lowry's makes a couple great marinades that are similar (Sesame Ginger, and Teriyaki) if you don't have time or desire to make your own. I serve the fish over white rice and french or garlic bread goes well...grilled veggies/fruits are another great side!

A couple hours is great. I have used the pineapple too. A lot of times I marinate overnite, so the fillets are saturated.
