My Internet Service Provider has been on the brink for the last 4 or 5 weeks. I can not tell you how many phone calls I have made to them because I can not connect. Each time I talk with them, they always want to trouble shoot my computer. I have 2 computers at home, and my neighbor accross the street has 2 computers, and another neighbor up the road has one and we all have the same ISP. All of us are having the same problem. I have no less than 20 phone calls to my ISP with the problem.

Yesterday, I had was not able to connect during the chat, and called my neighbor to see if he could connect. He could not connect either. So...I called the ISP again. This time I was told that the problem might be on their end.

This is what I have been trying to tell them for the last 4 or 5 weeks :mad:

Hopefully they will figure out what the problem is on their end and will get it fixed.

i had that problem a month ago, i love the fact that nothing is their fault!

Better yet,you call their 24 hr help line to talk to one of their techs,and it's someone you can't understand................:shout: :shout:
