How do you like to prepare them

The spoon bite has been good on Erie too lately. One nice thing about being the fillet master for some of my fishing buddies is that the cutter keeps the cheeks. What's your favorite way to cook up a nice batch?

If you speaking of just the cheeks,
Boil them for a few minutes in water, then dip them in melted butter.... Just like Lobster

I belive they taste like clams, so deep fried is my ticket.:grin:

I just pan fry them with the rest of the fish, and we arm wrestle for the cheeks.:)
